“Thank you again for yet another amazing workshop /class on Saturday! Your technique sharing, together with examples of works by yourself and other artists, both celebrates and demonstrates the infinite possibilities of each medium and is especially creatively liberating towards creating a piece, without the limitations which we often place on ourselves by relying on default ways of working. It’s certainly freed up mine!
The pre workshop information is incredibly helpful, outlining the framework of the session, materials and prethinking required. You also create a working environment within the room that fosters trust and enables the participants to explore ways of working which are then celebrated and shared within the room. I never fail to be amazed that, given the framework provided, you are nevertheless able to ‘read’ the creative needs of each member of the group and adapt your personal input to help them reach it. Amazing!
