Refund and Cancellation Policy
At lornacarmenmcneill.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our policies differ significantly between physical products and digital workshops. Please read the relevant section below carefully before purchasing.
Part A: Policy for Physical Products
This section applies to tangible goods, merchandise, and items shipped to you.
1. Returns and Exchanges

| Eligibility | To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. |

2. Refunds (Physical Products)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) at lorna@lornacarmenmcneill.com. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and will ship a replacement at our expense.
Part B: Policy for Workshops, Services, and Digital Content
This section applies to paid workshops (live or recorded), online courses, consulting services, and digital downloads.
1. Live Workshops (Scheduled Events)
Our cancellation policy for live, scheduled workshops (online or in-person) is as follows:

| Within 8 days before the workshop date | No refunds are available due to venue costs; but you may transfer your place to another person by emailing us their details. |
| No-Shows | No Refund (Failure to attend a scheduled workshop is non-refundable). |
Transfer Policy: You may transfer your workshop enrollment to another person 8 days before the event start time by notifying us at lornacarmenmcneill.com.
2. Recorded Workshops and Digital Products
Due to the immediate, proprietary, and digital nature of the content, the sale of recorded workshops, online courses, e-books, templates, or any other digital product that is immediately accessible or downloadable is FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
By purchasing access to digital content, you agree to this condition. We recommend reading the full workshop description before purchase.
3. Instructor Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Lorna Carmen McNeill must cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, technical issues), participants will be offered:
A full refund of the enrollment fee.
The option to transfer their enrollment to the rescheduled date.
4. Technical Issues (Digital)
If you experience technical issues accessing an online workshop or course, please contact us immediately at lornacarmenmcneill.com. We will work to resolve the issue. Technical issues on the user’s end (e.g., poor internet connection, incompatible software) do not generally qualify for a refund under our digital content policy.
